Preliminary architectural concept design for a new factory and office building, developed to explore how the proposed functions could fit within the available land plot and support early-stage site planning, building layout, and budget evaluation.

The concept studies building massing, workplace areas, circulation, parking, landscape, and overall site organization to give the client a clearer picture of the project before moving into detailed architectural and engineering design.

The goal at this stage was not to finalize the building, but to help the client understand the potential of the site, approximate project scale, and suitable direction for future investment planning.
