Meet Your Exhibition Designer
Hi, I’m Kwin Krisdaphong. I’ll be your lead designer for this project.
I have worked across many exhibition formats, from memorial halls and learning centers to trade show booths. Every project still teaches me something new, and that is what makes this work so enjoyable.
When you work with Kinddog, you work directly with me on the design, supported by our team for coordination, setup, and onsite work.
Our goal is simple. Help you tell your story clearly and meaningfully.
We start by understanding the message you want to share, then turn it into an exhibition experience that is easy to follow and engaging to explore. We will work step by step, share ideas openly, and build something you will feel proud to present.
Is Kinddog Right for You?
If you want “show day ready,” not “hope it works,” you are in the right place.
We are a strong fit if you:
- Have a story to tell, but need it turned into a clear, buildable booth.
- Want a designer who cares about the details and gets things done.
- Need a partner who can handle production and setup, so you stay focused on sales.
Every project is different. We take the time to understand yours, then work step by step to deliver a result you will be proud to present.
If this feels right to you, we would love to be part of your next show.
Exhibition Projects We Do Not Take
Not every project is a fit. We say no early, so we both save time.
1. Unpaid design pitching
We do not join unpaid design competitions.
If you want a proposal, we can start with a small deposit. That lets us give your project real focus and real effort.
2. Construction only tenders and price bidding
If the design is already done and you only need contractors to compare prices, we are not the right fit.
Kinddog is a design and build studio. We deliver the design vision and the build quality together.
3. Lowest price booth setup
If your goal is a price-first builder, we are not the right team.
We focus on quality, clarity, and results you can trust. Our clients choose us for long term value, not the lowest number. How to Work with Us
Two phases. One clear path.
Design first. Build second.
We start with a design fee quotation plus an estimated build budget.
After you approve the design, we issue the final construction quotation based on the approved plan.
Step by step
1.Share your requirements
- Company and contact details (for quotation)
- Event details (name, dates, venue)
- Booth details (booth no., size, location, raw space or standard booth)
- Goals, requirements, references, brand assets
2.Design phase
2.1 Design fee quotation
You get the design fee plus an estimated construction budget.
2.2 Trial design (small deposit to start)
To begin, we ask for a small deposit from the design fee.
Typical range: USD 100 to 150 for a small booth 3D, and USD 300+ for larger or more complex setups.
Purpose: simple. It confirms you are serious, so we can focus and do our best work.
You receive a complete 3D design proposal showing your brand and products in the space.
After you review, you choose:
- A. Continue to detailed design development
- B. Stop if it is not the right fit (deposit is non refundable)
2.3 Design development
We refine details and prepare drawings and BOQ for accurate construction costing.
3. Construction phase
We issue a detailed construction quotation based on the approved design.
- If you want to use your own contractor, that is fine. We can provide the design package and coordinate as needed.
- If you build with Kinddog, we handle production, installation, and teardown with clear progress updates.
How to Plan Your Timeframe for an Exhibition Project
Most venues give only 1 to 2 days for setup. That is not the time to improvise.
Last minute rush is the number one reason booths go wrong. Preparation wins shows.
Estimated Timeframe
- Study requirements and quotation: 1 to 5 days
- Concept design: 3 to 4 weeks
- Drawings and BOQ for construction: 3 to 4 weeks
- Construction quotation and approval: 1 to 2 weeks
- Production and construction: 4 to 8 weeks (depends on size)
- Small booths (under 6 x 6 m): start 3 to 4 months before the event
- Larger or complex setups: start 5 to 6 months+ before the event
- Major brand events: starting up to 1 year ahead is normal
- Month 1: Design
- Month 2: Costing and approval
- Month 3 to 4: Production and setup
The earlier you reach out, the smoother the process, and the more quality we can deliver.
