How We Help You
Design and construction don’t feel overwhelming because you “don’t know design.”
They feel overwhelming because too much is unclear — too late.
Beautiful ideas don’t fail.
Unclear plans do.
We bring clarity early, then manage the build so it stays on track.
- Plan it — scope, timeline, budget.
- See it — 3D visuals that lock decisions.
- Protect it — transparent cost breakdowns, fewer surprises.
- Build it — coordination + site supervision.
- Improve it — a space that performs: better flow, better work, better experience.
What We Offer
No guessing. No drifting. We guide you from first idea to final handover, one clear next step at a time.

Design Phase
1. Site Survey and Measurement
When existing site drawings are unclear or outdated, we visit the site to verify conditions and take accurate measurements before design begins.
You start with real, reliable data reducing mistakes, avoiding rework, and keeping the project moving smoothly.
- Site Measurement Drawing (PDF)
- Site Survey Photos
2. 2D CAD Space Planning
For larger spaces such as offices or commercial areas, we begin with a 2D layout to explore options and plan the most effective use of space. This makes it easier to understand flow, zoning, and key functions—so you can decide with confidence before moving into detailed design.
What You’ll Receive:- 2D CAD Layout with Dimensions (PDF)
3. 3D Interior Design & Rendering
-
3D Rendered Images (PDF)
- Note: 3D model files are not included. Model files can be purchased separately as construction-purpose files only; presentation assets or third-party libraries are excluded due to licensing/copyright.
4. Construction Drawings Service
We produce clear, detailed construction drawings that translate the design into buildable information. They help contractors price accurately, coordinate smoothly, and execute with fewer errors.
What You’ll Receive:
• Construction Drawing Set (PDF & CAD Format)
• Drawing Set (Typical Scope)
• Plans: floor, wall/door, ceiling, finishes
• MEP Coordination: lighting & switches, power/data, AC, plumbing (as required)
• Details: interior elevations/sections, built-ins & key furniture details
• Other (as needed): signage/graphics, IT, AV/TV, security/CCTV, fire escape
Final drawing list depends on project scope and building requirements. A full drawing index will be provided at the start of the design phase.
5. Material Selection and FF&E Specification
We help you choose the right materials, furniture, fixtures, and equipment—then align everything with trusted vendors and relevant specialists (interior, lighting, and systems) for smooth execution.
What You’ll Receive:
- Material & FF&E Specification Package (PDF)
- Typically includes: finishes (floor–ceiling), lighting & power points, loose & built-in furniture (materials/fittings), signage/graphics, and key systems/IT equipment (as required).

Meet Your Interior Designer
You don’t need “more designers.”
You need one person who owns the result.
Hi, I’m Kwin Krisadaphong — industrial design background, 25+ years in interiors and furniture. I’ll lead your project personally.
You’ll work directly with me, with a small team supporting the process. Less confusion. Faster decisions.
Two goals guide every project:
- Make the space work for your life and business (function + experience).
- Make it buildable within budget (smart early decisions).
Let’s talk and see if we’re the right fit.
Is Kinddog Right for You?
Not every designer is right for every project. And that’s a good thing. We’re a fit if you want:
- A designer who’s personally committed to the craft
- A reliable partner who gets it done without chasing you for inputs, so you can stay focused on your business.
- A creative collaborator who turns ideas into practical, buildable design
It works best when we move as one team.
Take a look at our portfolio and see if it aligns.
Projects We’re Not the Best Fit For
Clarity saves time. For you and for us.
If you’re looking for a price-first option or a free “trial design,” we’re not the right fit.To deliver our best work, we take on projects with clear commitment and a shared focus on quality.
That gives you a smoother process, and keeps us fully accountable.
1) Unpaid Design Pitching / Competitions
We don’t do unpaid tenders or speculative design.
If you want a proposal, we’re happy to start with a small deposit.Once engaged, we bring full effort and creativity.
2) Construction-Only / Price-Only Bidding
We build only what we design.
Kinddog is a design-and-build studio, not a standalone contractor. Our value is design intent + build quality working as one.
3) Lowest-Price Comparisons
If the main goal is “lowest price,” we’re not your team.
We focus on quality, clarity, and long-term value. Results built to last.
If you’re aiming for quality and a smooth build, you’re in the right place.
How to Work with Us
Simple. Transparent. No guessing.
We work in two phases, quoted separately so you stay in control:
Design Phase → Construction Phase
1) Share Your Requirements
Tell us your goals, business type, location, size, and key needs.
We use this to recommend the right scope.
2) Design Phase
2.1 Design Fee Quotation
Clear scope + fee before we start.
2.2 Trial Design (Small Deposit)
A low-risk first step to see how we work. You receive:
- 3D concept design
- Estimated construction budget
After that, you choose:
- Continue into full design development, or
- Stop with no further cost (deposit is non-refundable)
2.3 Design Development
We finalize the design and produce the documents needed to build:
drawings, BOQ, and construction details.
3) Construction Phase
3.1 Construction Quotation
Detailed build quote based on the approved design.
You can build with us or use another contractor.
3.2 Build & Project Management (If you proceed with Kinddog)
We manage production and site work to keep quality, timeline, and design intent on track.
3.3 Handover
We stay with you through completion to ensure the final result matches the design.

How to Plan Your Interior Project Timeframe
If you want a smooth build, start early. Many projects don’t fail because of design.
They fail because the timeline is fantasy.
A “1–2 month renovation” is usually a sales line, not a real plan.
Before construction starts, you still need: scope, design, approvals, materials, and coordination.
Rush that, and you pay for it later.
A realistic guideline (small renovation)
- Requirements + quotation: 1–5 days
- Concept design: 3–4 weeks
- Drawings + BOQ: 3–4 weeks
- Contractor selection: 1–3 weeks
- Construction: 6–8 weeks
- Plan 5–6 months ahead for the best result.
If you have a project in mind, contact us early. We’ll help you map a realistic plan.
