1. Site Survey and Measurement

When existing site drawings are unclear or outdated, we visit the site to verify conditions and take accurate measurements before design begins.
You start with real, reliable data reducing mistakes, avoiding rework, and keeping the project moving smoothly.

2. 2D CAD Space Planning

For larger spaces such as offices or commercial areas, we begin with a 2D layout to explore options and plan the most effective use of space. This makes it easier to understand flow, zoning, and key functions—so you can decide with confidence before moving into detailed design.

3. 3D Interior Design & Rendering

We create high-quality 3D visuals so you can see your space clearly before construction starts. The design balances creativity with real-world accuracy—helping you review details, confirm direction, and move forward with confidence.

  • 3D Rendered Images (PDF)
  • Note: 3D model files are not included. Model files can be purchased separately as construction-purpose files only; presentation assets or third-party libraries are excluded due to licensing/copyright.

4. Construction Drawings Service

We produce clear, detailed construction drawings that translate the design into buildable information. They help contractors price accurately, coordinate smoothly, and execute with fewer errors.

• Plans: floor, wall/door, ceiling, finishes
• MEP Coordination: lighting & switches, power/data, AC, plumbing (as required)

Final drawing list depends on project scope and building requirements. A full drawing index will be provided at the start of the design phase.
 

5. Material Selection and FF&E Specification

We help you choose the right materials, furniture, fixtures, and equipment—then align everything with trusted vendors and relevant specialists (interior, lighting, and systems) for smooth execution.

  • Material & FF&E Specification Package (PDF)
  • Typically includes: finishes (floor–ceiling), lighting & power points, loose & built-in furniture (materials/fittings), signage/graphics, and key systems/IT equipment (as required).

6. Bill of Quantity (BOQ) & Budget Estimation

We translate design details into a clear Excel-based BOQ so you can estimate costs accurately and compare contractor quotes fairly.

7. Electrical Engineering and M&E Service

We work with licensed engineers to design electrical and M&E systems covering load calculations, coordinated layouts, and required sign-offs aligned with the interior design intent.

  • Power, lighting & data system design
  • M&E drawings + engineer sign-off (scope varies by project)

Construction Phase

8. Interior Construction Service

Build with your contractor or choose Kinddog as a one-stop design-and-build partner. We manage construction to keep the work aligned with the approved design, coordinating specialists across M&E, air conditioning, lighting, and finishes for a smooth handover.

What You’ll Receive:
  • Completed interior fit-out
  • Coordinated systems: M&E, air conditioning, lighting, and IT (as required)
  • Installed finishes: ceiling, walls, glass partitions, doors, floors, and decorative details

9. Site Supervision Service

If you work with your own contractor, we can supervise the site to keep construction aligned with the approved design. When needed, we also support site documentation such as shop drawings and as-built records to confirm final conditions.

10. Built-in and Loose Furniture Supply

Furniture is where Kinddog began. We design and supply pieces that fit your space perfectly—built-ins and loose furniture made to match your layout, function, and style, and to support how you work or live.

11. Graphic and Signage Supply

2.2 Trial Design (Small Deposit)
A low-risk first step to see how we work. You receive:

After that, you choose:

  • Continue into full design development, or
  • Stop with no further cost (deposit is non-refundable)

2.3 Design Development
We finalize the design and produce the documents needed to build:
drawings, BOQ, and construction details.
 

3) Construction Phase

3.1 Construction Quotation
Detailed build quote based on the approved design.
You can build with us or use another contractor.

3.2 Build & Project Management (If you proceed with Kinddog)
We manage production and site work to keep quality, timeline, and design intent on track.

We stay with you through completion to ensure the final result matches the design.

How to Plan Your Interior Project Timeframe

If you want a smooth build, start early.

Many projects don’t fail because of design.
They fail because the timeline is fantasy.

A “1–2 month renovation” is usually a sales line, not a real plan.
Before construction starts, you still need: scope, design, approvals, materials, and coordination.
Rush that, and you pay for it later.

A realistic guideline (small renovation)
  • Requirements + quotation: 1–5 days
  • Concept design: 3–4 weeks
  • Drawings + BOQ: 3–4 weeks
  • Contractor selection: 1–3 weeks
  • Construction: 6–8 weeks
  • Plan 5–6 months ahead for the best result.

    We’re happy to meet in person, but please send us your project information first. This helps us check availability and share our fee estimate in advance, so you can decide if we’re a good fit before the meeting.
  • Q7. Can you show us a concept design first before hiring you?
    We don’t provide free concept designs. To ensure quality for all clients, we offer a trial design phase with a small fee. You’ll receive a full 3D rendering to help you decide before committing to the full project.
  • Q8. Can we meet before starting the trial design phase?
    Yes, we’d be happy to meet in person. We usually arrange a meeting after reviewing your project information to confirm our availability and suitability for your project.
  • Q9. I already have tender drawings and just need a construction quote, Can you send one?
    We don’t quote for construction-only projects. Our focus is on design and build services to ensure everything is completed exactly as designed. It’s best to contact contractors who work only on construction for tender projects.
  • Q10. We’re not sure yet if we’ll invest. Can you provide only a 3D concept and budget estimate?
    Yes, we can tailor our service to your needs. We can provide a 2D layout to test fit your space or a 3D concept design with budget estimation to help you decide before full investment.
