Hi, I’m Kwin Krisadaphong. My background is in industrial design, and I’ve been working in the interior and furniture industry for over 25 years. I’ll be leading the design for your project. At Kinddog, you’ll work directly with me, not through layers of staff or management. We keep our team intentionally small so I can focus on what I love most: designing, not just running a business.

When it comes to interior design, I always work with two main goals:

We balance function and aesthetics to create environments that not only look beautiful but also enhance the way you work, live, and connect.

1. Design Pitching 
Thank you for considering us for your design tender or pitching project. However, we don’t participate in unpaid competitions or price bidding. At Kinddog, we prefer to dedicate our time and energy to clients who have already chosen to work with us, allowing us to focus fully and deliver our best results.
If you’d like us to prepare a design proposal, we’re happy to do so with a small deposit in advance.
Once engaged, we’ll give your project our complete effort and creativity.

2. Construction-Only Tenders or Price Bidding
We provide construction services only for projects designed by our own team.
Kinddog operates as a design-and-build studio, not as a standalone contractor.
Our value lies in combining design vision with construction quality — not competing solely on price.

3. Lowest-Price Comparisons
If your main goal is to find the lowest price, we’re probably not the right fit.
We focus on quality, creativity, and long-term value, not being the cheapest option.
Our clients choose us because they want thoughtful design, clear communication, and a result that’s built to last.

How to Work with Us

We divide our work into two key phases: Design Phase and Construction Phase, each quoted separately so you have full flexibility and control.

1. Gathering Requirements

We start by understanding your goals. You share your project information business type, site location, dimensions, and key requirements so we can prepare the right proposal.

2. Design Phase

2.1 Design Fee Quotation
You’ll receive a clear quotation for the design phase, showing the scope and cost before any work begins.

2.2 Trial Design Service
Before committing to the full design, you can start with a small deposit for our trial design service.
You’ll receive 3D conceptual design, and an estimated construction budget. This allows you to experience our design process and see how we work before deciding to continue.

After reviewing the proposal, you can:
• A. Proceed with the full design development if satisfied. 
• Or B. Stop the project with no further cost (the deposit is non-refundable).

2.3 Design Development
Once the concept is approved, we move into detailed design, preparing drawings, BOQ, and construction documents, ready for project costing and implementation.

3. Construction Phase

3.1 Construction Quotation
Based on the approved design, you’ll receive a detailed quotation for construction. You can choose to build with us or work with another contractor.

3.2 Construction & Project Management
If you proceed with Kinddog, we manage the full process to ensure everything is built according to the design, on time, and with quality control.

3.3 From Concept to Completion
We stay with you through every stage, ensuring your project is completed smoothly and matches the design intention.

How to Plan Your Interior Project Timeframe

We strongly recommend planning your project well in advance.
Many clients contact us with tight deadlines, and sometimes we have to decline due to scheduling conflicts.

A common misconception is that interior projects can be completed within one or two months.
You might hear this from a contractor eager to win your job, or from a landlord who wants you to start paying rent as soon as possible.
In reality, there are many steps that must be completed before construction even begins from planning, design, and approvals to material selection and coordination. Rushing through these stages often leads to poor decisions, miscommunication, and unnecessary stress.

Here’s a general guideline for a small renovation project:
  • Study Requirements & Quotation: 1–5 days
  • Conceptual Design: 3–4 weeks
  • Drawings & BOQ for Construction: 3–4 weeks
  • Choosing a Contractor: 1–3 weeks
  • Construction Work: 6–8 weeks
To achieve the best results, we recommend planning at least 5–6 months ahead.

The earlier you reach out, the better we can support you with proper planning, coordination, and design quality.

    Yes, we’d be happy to meet in person. We usually arrange a meeting after reviewing your project information to confirm our availability and suitability for your project.
  • Q9. I already have tender drawings and just need a construction quote, Can you send one?
    We don’t quote for construction-only projects. Our focus is on design and build services to ensure everything is completed exactly as designed. It’s best to contact contractors who work only on construction for tender projects.
  • Q10. We’re not sure yet if we’ll invest. Can you provide only a 3D concept and budget estimate?
