Meet Your Exhibition Designer
Hi, I’m Kwin Krisadaphong, and I’ll be your lead designer for this project.
I’ve worked on many types of exhibitions from memorial halls and learning centers to trade show booths and I still enjoy learning something new from every project.
When you work with Kinddog, you’ll work directly with me on the design, together with our team who supports setup, coordination, and on-site work.
Our goal is simply to help you tell your story clearly and meaningfully. we always start by understanding the message you want to share, then use design to make it engaging and easy for your audience to connect with. We’ll work together step by step sharing ideas and doing our best to create something you’ll feel proud to present.
Is Kinddog Right for You?
We might be a good fit as your exhibition partner if you:
- Want to communicate your brand story and need a creative team to help refine your ideas into practical, buildable designs.
- Value working with a designer who’s passionate, sincere, and committed to doing things well.
- Need a reliable partner to handle construction and setup so you can focus on your show.
We understand every project is unique, and we care deeply about each one we take on.
If our approach feels right for you and you feel the same way, we’d be love to be part of your next show.
Exhibition Projects We Do Not Take
Being clear from the start helps both of us save time and focus on projects that truly fit.
1. Unpaid Design Pitching
We don’t take part in unpaid design competitions.
At Kinddog, we prefer to devote our time and creativity to clients who have chosen to work with us.
If you’d like a design proposal, we’re happy to prepare one with a small deposit ensuring we can give your project our full attention and best effort.
2. Construction-Only Tenders or Price Bidding
If you already have a completed design and are only looking for contractors to compare prices, we’re probably not the right fit.
Kinddog operates as a design-and-build studio — our value lies in combining design vision with construction quality, not competing solely on price.
3. Lowest-Price Booth Setup
If your goal is to find the cheapest builder or your company policy requires multiple bids for price comparison, we may not be the right choice.
We focus on quality, creativity, and long-term value. Our clients choose us because they want thoughtful design, clear communication, and reliable results not just the lowest cost.
How to Work with Us
Our process is divided into two main phases: Design and Construction.
We first provide a quotation for the design service along with an estimated construction budget.
After the design is finalized, we’ll issue an actual construction quotation based on the approved plan.
Step by Step Work Flow :
1. Gathering Requirements
You provide us with the key project details:
-
Company and contact information (for quotation)
-
Event information: event name, date, and venue
-
Booth information: booth number, size, location, raw space or standard booth
-
Your project requirements and references
2. Design Phase
2.1 Design Fee Quotation
We’ll send you a design fee quotation along with an estimated construction budget — so you’ll know what to expect before we begin.
2.2 Trial Design Service
To begin, we request a small deposit from the total design fee. Usually around USD 100–150 for a small booth 3D rendering, or up to USD 300+ for larger or more complex setups.
It’s not expensive, the purpose is simply to ensure we’re working with clients who are serious about moving forward.
In return, you’ll receive a complete 3D design proposal showing how your brand and products will look at the show.
After reviewing the proposal, you can:
A: Approve and move forward to detailed design development, or
B: Stop the project if it’s not the right fit (deposit is non-refundable).
2.3 Design Development
Once the concept is approved, we’ll refine the details — preparing drawings, BOQ, and documents ready for construction costing.
3. Construction Phase
Once the design is approved, we’ll prepare a detailed construction quotation. If you prefer to use your own contractor, that’s completely fine we can provide the design package and coordinate as needed.
If you choose to continue with us, our team will handle production, installation, and teardown keeping you updated every step of the way.
How to Plan Your Timeframe for an Exhibition Project
Exhibition setups often allow only 1–2 days before the show opens, so having everything ready early will help you stay calm and confident.
Last-minute action are the most common reason things go wrong. Good preparation is the key to a successful show.
Estimated Timeframe
- Study Requirements & Quotation 1–5 Days
- Conceptual Design 3–4 Weeks
- Drawings & BOQ for Construction 3–4 Weeks
- Construction Quotation & Approval 1–2 Weeks
- Construction & Production 4–8 Weeks (depending on project size)
Plan at least 3–4 months before your event for smaller booths (under 6×6 m), and 5–6 months or more for larger or more complex setups.
For major events that are important to your brand, it’s perfectly normal to start preparing up to a year in advance.
Month 1: Design
Month 2: Costing & Approval
Month 3–4: Production & Setup
The earlier you reach out, the smoother the process and the more quality and support we can provide for your show.
